The VegaVriend team consists of Rick, Kayleigh and Marlijn. Nice to meet you! Together, we work every day towards a kinder world for plants (and everyone who loves them). Behind the scenes, we take care of everything that comes with running a webshop: from customer service and finding new products to marketing and administration. Most of the time, we work from home, but every Wednesday we get together to discuss ideas, share updates and make new plans.

Of course, we don’t do it all on our own. To make sure your order is shipped quickly and carefully, we work together with Innostock, our fulfilment partner! 📦

Because of this, you may have received a package in a box from a different brand or noticed something else about your delivery. In this blog, we would love to take you behind the scenes and explain why we made this choice!

Our entire inventory is stored at Innostock, our fulfilment partner. This means they store our products for us and make sure that orders are picked, packed and shipped quickly and carefully. Innostock specialises in this process and has a professional warehouse and an experienced team 💪.

Once you place an order and your payment has been approved, it is sent directly to Innostock. Their team then gets to work collecting your products, carefully packing your order and making sure your package is shipped as quickly as possible.

This allows us to focus on what we do best: selecting beautiful products, helping our customers and continuing to grow VegaVriend 🐕🐈.

But you may notice something different about your package…

💚 A reused box: Innostock uses reused boxes for shipping our packages whenever possible. We do this intentionally: it gives packaging a second life and helps reduce unnecessary waste. This means you may receive a box from a brand or product that we do not sell.
💚 A different sender: because Innostock processes and ships our packages, the sender name or shipping location may be different from what you expected. No worries! Everything is correct 😉
💚 We don’t pack your order ourselves: the Innostock team makes sure your order is collected, packed carefully and shipped to you. Of course, we are still your point of contact and are happy to help with anything related to your order. Questions? Feel free to contact us!
