Savannah lived the first period of her life on the streets in Southern Europe, just like many other cats and dogs there. Life there is anything but pleasant for stray animals. The same goes for the animals in the livestock industry. I want Savannah to have a better life and I want that to all animals.

The young lady now gets a mix of Ami Cat and Benevo cat food, which she eats with taste. Madam loves to eat, but when she has had enough she stops and starts lounging or playing. Savannah ate the same kibble mix before she came to me, so I cannot compare that with other food. My previous cats did not eat vegan kibble and I did notice that they had less appetite from time to time or were sometimes too greedy and then outbreaked the excess. They preferred to swallow the kibble whole when given the chance. At Savannah I notice more rest during the meal and she chews it well, even though the kibble is small.

She is a happy and content cat and often, as now, she comes to sit or lie down with me. Visitors love her without exception. Savannah loves to lounge around, but also likes to be active. Everything that rustles or moves has her interest and then she runs and jumps that it is sweet pleasure. Her favorite toy? The laces of my vegetarian boots! ” - Annemieke
