How do you place an order?
First take a good look at your pet and decide whether it is a dog or a cat. Then choose 'Dog' or 'Cat' on the left side of the homepage. If you click on that you will see all categories of products. Click on the category of your choice and then on the product of your choice. Then you can enter the number in the top right corner and sometimes also choose the unit (weight or size). Then click on 'add to shopping cart'. You will now automatically go to your shopping cart.
If you want to add another product, select 'vegetarian assortment dog' or 'vegan assortment cat' again on the left. When you have finished adding products, choose your payment method and press 'complete order'. Then enter your contact details and indicate whether you want to receive the newsletter (which is really nice!). Then click on 'complete order' and pay using the payment method you have chosen.

After payment, your order will be offered by us to PostNL, Bicycle Courier or DHL within 2 working days. You will receive a confirmation of the shipment with a Track & Trace code. With this code you can see for yourself when the package is offered to you. If you are not at home, the package will be offered to your neighbors. If you do not want this, please indicate this in the comment box with your order. The package will then only be delivered to your home address. We cannot ensure that the package is offered to one neighbors and not to the other.
