The oil in Curly comes from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp.: one of the few algae species that naturally produce a very high concentration of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid). The algae are sustainably cultivated in closed tanks in the USA, ensuring no impact on oceans or fish stocks.

Feeding advice

The requirement for EPA and DHA may vary depending on the dog’s age, activity level, and health.

Curly is a highly concentrated algae oil containing approx. 378 mg DHA and 95 mg EPA per 1 ml.

Recommended dosage: 1 ml per 10 kg body weight.
1 teaspoon = approx. 4 ml.
