Description

VEGDOG Green Crunch: Hypoallergenic, Plant-Based Nutrition for a Healthy, Radiant Dog

VEGDOG Green Crunch is a 100% plant-based and complete food without grains and soy. It meets the needs of adult dogs. (Previously known as VegDog Veggie Crunch) The ingredients of the Green Crunch kibble are selected to produce an absolutely hypoallergenic formula. Lentils and peas have an optimal amino acid profile and are therefore an excellent source of protein for dogs. The added algae provide the essential omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, leading to a soft and healthy coat and good skin. A true super ingredient! Additionally, Green Crunch contains a customized mineral powder that provides other essential nutrients such as Vitamin B12, taurine, and carnitine. Other important nutrients come from various healthy vegetables and fruits such as pumpkin, carrots, and blueberries.

The new ingredients of Green Crunch compared to Veggie Crunch:

  • Pumpkin is rich in nutrients and fiber and contains large amounts of vitamins A, C, and E, as well as important fibers. The potassium content in pumpkin (about 300 mg in 100 grams of pumpkin) can have a positive effect on the heart and circulation. Due to its low sodium content, pumpkin acts as a diuretic, stimulating detoxification processes in the body and making it easier to eliminate harmful waste products.
  • Blueberries are added for their antioxidant properties. They are characterized by a high fiber content, which has a beneficial effect on digestion. Minerals such as iron, magnesium, calcium, and potassium are abundant in blueberries, and they contain many vitamins B and E.

Detailed information about the ingredients and their origin can be found here. VEGDOG Green Crunch is not suitable for puppies and lactating bitches as they have increased nutrient and energy needs. VEGDOG is free from fragrances, colorings, and preservatives and is naturally cruelty-free.
