The Safety Harness is a Y-shaped dog harness with an anti-escape function. It effortlessly combines the look and feel of the Comfort Harness with the safety of an escape-proof design. The extra band around the waist ensures that your dog cannot slip out of the harness when startled or pulling backward. This harness stays securely in place, making it perfect for dogs with 3 legs. The inside is lined with soft, breathable fabric, and the straps are made from strong, durable polyester.

The Safety Harness fits perfectly across the chest, shoulders, and under the armpits without applying pressure to the joints. The belly strap is positioned far enough from the armpits to prevent friction and irritation, giving your dog maximum freedom and comfort to walk, run, and play.

This is the ideal harness for foreign rescue dogs who are still adjusting to their new environment. Suitable for everyday use during walks, outings, restaurant visits, and city trips.

Choose the right size for your dog (see measuring instructions in the images)

  1. Measure the chest circumference at the right spot: This is approximately 11 cm further along the back from the shoulder blades. Check the pictures for a good reference.
  2. Measure the length from the neck (at the breastbone) over the belly to just behind the last ribs. This will tell you how long the belly strap should be so that the extra strap around the waist sits in the correct position (this is behind the ribs where the waist narrows and, for males, just before the penis) for the anti-escape function.
  3. Check which harness size best fits your dog in our size chart.
  4. If your dog falls between two sizes, the smaller size is usually recommended, especially for males.
