Return and Refund Policy
On this page, you can read all about your rights regarding returns and refunds. You will find information about the conditions, and we also explain how to make a return.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including any shipping costs.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging should be returned to VegaVriend.
To exercise this right, you can contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Returns
At VegaVriend, it is of course possible to return your order (provided your ordered product does not fall under a legal exception). This can be done within 14 days of receiving your complete order. Send us an email with the order number and the items you want to return to [email protected] if you want to return.
Conditions for Returns
Returns are possible under the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the complete order.
- Returns can only be made if the item is unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Shipping costs will only be refunded if you return the complete order.
- Returns are at your own expense.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have not received a refund yet and we have indicated that we have refunded the amount, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made under the same conditions as returns. If you would like to exchange due to a complaint, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you!
Shipping for Returns or Exchanges
To return your product(s), follow these steps:
- Check if you meet the conditions.
- Notify us via [email protected].
- Place the products unused and unopened in a box.
- Add the packing slip or write the order number on the box. You can find this on the packing slip and in your email.

Note: Returning your package is at your own expense!
