VEGDOG Senior No 1: Animal-Friendly Nutrition for Healthy, Mobile Senior Dogs

VEGDOG Senior No 1 wet food This brand from Germany won the PETA Progress Award in 2016 for the most animal-friendly dog food! It is vegan and corn-free, and it is developed in collaboration with veterinarians and specialized laboratories. Besides using regional unprocessed ingredients from Germany, VEGDOG is also cruelty-free. It is free from synthetic antioxidants and preservatives, synthetic pheromones, aromas, and flavorings. VEGDOG is available in 3 variants that cater to the needs of sensitive and older dogs, providing the right nutritional value at every stage of life.

VEGDOG SENIOR wet food is a complete and balanced nutrition with an alternative protein source for older dogs from 7 years of age. VEGDOG SENIOR is also highly suitable for sensitive seniors. In addition to the good digestibility of the ingredients, the optimal calcium-phosphorus ratio, which is specially developed for older dogs, is particularly important. VegDog has also adjusted the recipe to the reduced energy needs of older dogs. The nutritional value, of course, remains the same. Moreover, taurine helps maintain heart health. The food contains lupine, lentil, and pea proteins to effectively meet protein needs. These valuable protein sources have an optimal amino acid profile for dogs and thus strengthen the muscles of your loyal companion. Millet and carrot support joint function and help ensure that your loyal friend remains mobile even at an advanced age. Our SENIOR wet food also contains a mineral powder developed by VegDog, which provides extra essential nutrients such as B12, taurine, and carnitine. Many healthy vegetables such as potatoes, lentils, millet, and zucchini provide other important nutrients.

True to VegDog’s motto “feed well, do good,” the ingredients are largely sourced from the region (Germany and Austria) and, of course, meet the highest quality standards.

VEGDOG Senior is not suitable for puppies and lactating dogs due to their higher demand for energy and nutrients.
