VegaVriend does not sell products with animal ingredients! We always make sure a product is plantbased, before we add it to our webshop. If we have the tiniest bit of doubt, we always double check with the producers of the product. That’s how we can guarantee that all products in our webshop are 100% plantbased!

Advice about nutrition depends on a number of factors, like: age, size, exercise and allergies. And, just like people, all furry friends are different. Use our nutrition guide for some quick suggestions, and contact us ([email protected]) if you need a more indepth advice!

All the dry food we sell is complete food. This means it contains all the necessary nutrients. So yes, it is just as nutritious and healthy as regular kibble. For instance, taurine (a very important ingredient for cats to stay healthy) is always added to the cat food, and all the dog food is carefully formulated as well. If you have any concerns about your pet’s health, always consult your veterinarian.

There are several ways to do this, and we’ve outlined them for you in this blog!

Make sure your pet receives complete nutrition. This means the food contains all the nutrients your pet needs for a long and healthy life. All the dry food we sell is complete, making shopping easy!

You could also prepare homemade meals, supplemented with an appropriate addition. You can find more information about this in the book Dog. Eat. Plant!

VegaVriend verkoopt geen producten met dierlijke ingrediënten! Bij twijfel doen wij altijd navraag bij de leverancier of producent van het product over de exacte ingrediënten. Zo kunnen we garanderen dat alle producten in onze webshop 100% vegan zijn!

Al het droogvoer wat wij verkopen is compleet voer. Dat betekent dat alle noodzakelijke voedingsstoffen erin zitten. Dus ja, inderdaad net zo voedzaam en gezond als reguliere brokken. Zo is aan het kattenvoer altijd taurine toegevoegd (een heel belangrijk ingrediënt voor katten om gezond te blijven) en ook al het hondenvoer wordt zorgvuldig samengesteld. Mocht je twijfels hebben over de gezondheid van jouw viervoeter, raadpleeg dan altijd de dierenarts.

Zorg ervoor dat je viervoeter complete voeding krijgt. Dit houdt in dat de voeding alle voedingstoffen bevat die jouw huisdier nodig heeft voor een lang en gezond leven. Al het droogvoer dat wij verkopen is dan ook compleet voer. Makkelijk shoppen dus!
